Mangos, bananas, passion fruits, etc, all the fruits that are served at Fresh Fruit Factory is carefully selected by ourselves. They are all from Cambodia and are very fresh. We also use Cambodian natural palm sugar, which is very rich in minerals. Our products are not only delicious but also very healthy!

We always do our best to keep the restaurant clean, especially our kitchen. We believe that it is very important to keep the kitchen clean because that is where we make everything that our customers eat. To make our customers enjoy our products fully, we assure you that we always keep everything clean.
Ice made with safe water.
We notice that a lot of people are very careful with the water/ice that they drink. But you do not need to worry about it with us. At Fresh Fruit Factory, we use the ice that we made in our kitchen with clean water, or the same ice that is used at those five-star hotels in Cambodia. They are very safe and trusted. We would like everyone from children to adults to enjoy our products.

Project 1 ~ PICK UP THE FUTURE ~
Every Monday, we clean up Taphul Road (Siem Reap, Cambodia) where our restaurant is located.
Garbage problems are one of the biggest issues in Cambodia. In Cambodia, due to the sudden and rapid influx of modern civilization, it cannot yet be said that people have enough knowledge that garbage dumped on roadsides or into rivers are not always biodegradable. Plastic garbage is carried by the wind and blows into Taphul Road one after another. The Cambodian government has started to take various environmental measures, and therefore, we decided to begin with what we can do now.
We believe that our morning clean-up campaign can promote good communication among the local people and also disseminate knowledge about garbage problems.
For the future of Angkor Wat, Cambodia, Earth.
Project 2 ~ CREATE THE FUTURE ~
We are delivering the delicious, healthy and meaningful cashew nuts in our restaurant. The products are produced by a local community near the Sambor Prei Kuk temple site which is nominated as the 3rd World Heritage site in Cambodia in July 2017.
The challenge was started in 2013 by support of ADB and private funds as one part of a project to create small scale industry in the community. After their support, it became independent, and now it is running by local community members with more than 100 households in 7 villages.
This cashew nuts generate not only income but also relationships in the community and it has power to create the future for the community. Fresh Fruit Factory encourage this community by creating the bridge to you.
